​Patsy offers a mixed level practice with a fair amount of flow and options for students to adapt their practice based on their skill level. At the end of the practice, Patsy will offer a basic energy healing clearing using Integrative Quantum Medicine™ during savasana. Students leave feel renewed, refreshed and energized.
Patsy spent six years training and teaching yoga in Los Angeles, CA. Since returning to Cincinnati in 2006, Patsy has specialized in providing basic yoga classes that are accessible to people of all ages and abilities as well as prenatal classes. As a registered CYT200 teacher through the Cincinnati Yoga Teachers Association, Patsy is happy to share her two decades of experience helping students on their yoga path.
